Professional Organ Moving in San Diego
Church, Hammond, and console organ moving by a crew trained on the specific challenges of organ relocation.
Organs are heavier, more fragile, and more asymmetric than pianos, and they rarely come apart the way movers expect. We've been moving organs alongside pianos since 1989 — from church installations to Hammond B3 rigs with separate Leslie cabinets.
Every organ move starts with confirming what model you have so we bring the right dollies, straps, and protection. For Hammonds and similar tonewheel instruments we move the organ and Leslie together, protecting both. For church organs we coordinate with facility staff on access, aisle width, and pedalboard disassembly.
If you're not sure whether your organ can be moved in one piece, send us a photo and we'll tell you.
